- Contact by email or phone. If you write to us using the contact form (which opens your own email program) or call us, we will process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent. Data are kept for as long as necessary to reply to you.
- Bookings. Bookings are made in the hotel’s booking engine (newbilbaoairport.widgetbooking.com), provided by our technology provider Alojapro acting as data processor. Booking data are processed to manage your stay. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the periods required by law.
- Guests. Guest registration data are disclosed to the Spanish law enforcement authorities as required by current legislation.
Browsing data
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Google Maps map is only loaded if you request it by clicking “Show interactive map”; from that moment Google may process browsing data in accordance with its own privacy policy. More details are available in the cookie policy.
